Providing Tractor trolly for shifting of malba, debrise, soil, various old testing models and materials from construction site to outside of institute and out site area of nagar nigum Roorkee including loading unloading complete work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying a bond coat over roof surface with cement slury mixed with water and SBR latex/acrylic emulsion of approved make(STP/Sika/Asian or equivalent make) with more than 35% solid polymer content (a certified in this regard shall be provided by the contractor) with minimum comsuption of 0.20kg with 1.6kg cement per Sqm applied with brush including prior surface cleaning with wire brush and removal of all dust and dirt.Ccomplete in all respect at site as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint (super silver shield of STP/Sika/Asian or equivalent) on the existing APP sheet roof treatment by using appropriate brush manually including cleaning/ dusting of existing APP sheet surface etc. complete in two successive coats applied @ 0.25 litre per sqm.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane of approved make STP/Sika/Asian or equivalent make, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick

Providing and fixing PVC fibre sheet(3mm thick) roofing on the existing MS frame including J-hook, nut bolts with washer, labour T&P etc. complete at site as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand)

Removing existing APP by manually means including disposal as per direction of Engineer In-charge at site.
