Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 15.2.1 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Description

Removal and disposal of debris including collection, loading, unloading, and carriage for all leads and lifts outside CWC premises to approved disposal locations, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Vapor barrier ; Providing and Laying Single layer of LDPE sheet of 200 Microns thick approved quality on sub base of flooring (WMM etc) with an overlapping of 150 mm on longitudinal direction & 300 mm on transverse direction joints.Note:Overlapping shall not be measured for payment. Net carpet area covered with sheet shall be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing channels for preparing panels of required size and then dewatering of the concrete with vaccum dewatering machine finishing with mechanical trowel with trimix matching (thickness of flooring 75 to 150 mm, along with cutting groove joints at appropriate spacing as per direction of engineer in charge (concrete and steel to be paid separately as per relevent item)

Providing and spreading non-metallic floor hardener minimum @ 4.5kg/sqm in floor concrete (as per manufactures specifications and approved by Engineer-in-charge). Nothing extra shall be payable if manufacturer specifies extra quantity.

Control & Construction Joints: Filling the grooves in RCC/CC Floor with PU (Shore A Hardness 28 - 45) based sealant of DCP/BASF MasterFlex 474 / Sika/ Fosroc or Equivalent in construction joints & controlled joints top 10 mm of section filled by sealant and below followed backer rod as recommended by same manafacture. The rate includes the cost of all ancillary works as required, as per specifications and instructions of engineer in charge.Groove shall be of thickness not less than one third of Floor Thickness and groove width shall be not less than 5 mm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of two coats over suitable primer on cement flooring surface for stack lines of 50mm width. The rate is inclusive of cleaning the surface, marking the edges, sticking masking tape on either side of stack lines & removing the same upon completion of painting and other relevant expenses all complete, as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge/Warehouse Manager.

Lettering with synthetic enamel paint of two coats over suitable primer on plastered walls for stack marking, numbering, lettering, etc., incl. scrapping, filling cracks/holes, painting full round circle of 30cm dia and lettering / numbering up to 15cm height all complete, as per the directions of warehouse manager/EIC. Punctuations/slashes/etc shall not be counted as letters and nothing shall be paid extra
