Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Consultancy firms who have executed at least one similar nature of works for the buildings of amount as mentioned in column no.5 in a single entrustment for the last five years shall apply. The application without prerequisite eligibility (copy of notarized work done certificate shall be enclosed) will be liable for rejection.

Consultancy firms who have rendered services for similar nature of works are only eligible to apply.

Consultancy firms who are already having five works on hand in KHB are not eligible.

Annual audited turnover for the five year should be 30% of the amount put to tender.

Firms, companies & individual persons are eligible for participation in the tender.

All the necessary documents shall be scanned and uploaded in the e-procurement portal. Non-submission of required documents shall be liable for rejection.

Capabilities of Vendor

Specific experience of the consultancy related Assignment (At-least one similar nature of completed works in a single entrustment bid anywhere in India. The completion certificate should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Competent Authority)

Work Done Certificate

Approach paper on methodology and work plan for performing the assignment.

Others -- Approach paper on methodology and work plan for performing the assignment.

Laboratory with NABL or NAAC Accreditation (Both Mechanical & Chemical) (The Consultant / Firm participating in the bid should have their own lab with NABL/NACC. The firm that does not have own laboratory can have the MOU with the firm or institution, having NABL/ NAAC with in Karnataka State only )
