Notes for Serial Item No. 1 to 10 of BoQ: [a] The work shall be carried out in the Lifts installed at Krishna Kaveri and Beas Buildings. All Lifts installed are Passenger Lifts of 8 to 13 Passengers Capacity/ Goods lifts of 2000 Kg capacity and serving upto G+14 Floors. [b] Make of the Lifts : ECE. [c] The contractor shall carryout the Replacement of the lift components/ accessories/ controllers catered under subject work through any Original Equipment Manufacturer of lifts as listed herein after or from their accredited / authorised agencies only. The contractor shall submit MoU from any of the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Lifts as listed herein after or from their accredited / authorised agencies to provide technical support, trained persons for carrying out repairs/ replacement & testing of lift components/ accessories/ controllers before commencement of the work to GE.
