Excavation in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposed of material with a lift upto 1.5 mtr. and lead upto 20 mtr. complete as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated soil up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffit of suspeneded floors, roofs, landing like floors etc. upto any thickness

Beams, cantilever, girder and lintels sides and soffit of beams, beam hunchimg, cantilever, bressumers and lintels in any depth in all height from floor.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls under any width.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) On curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation, footing basis of column etc. and mass concrete

Suspended floors, roofs, landing, and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girder,breasumers and cantilevers upto all floor level.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Lintels, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level

Providing laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay 2nd class building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including curing complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts & nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts (barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete. 250x10mm

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. 250x16mm

Providing and fixing aluminum handles anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete. 125mm

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board (with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side) flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness weight not less than 10.00 kg/Sqm

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level includong arises, internal round angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth (Cement mortar 1:6)

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including t horoughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (cement :3 sand) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works.

Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed steel conduit with modular switch, modular plates, suitable G.I. box and earthing the light point with 1.5 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required.
