Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Fixing tower anchor bolts in the foundation of tower monolithic with RCC casting as described below: Fixing anchor bolts with locked nuts anchor plates, placing in position the bolts and plates extremely accurate (correct upto milli-meters) levelling and placing at correct angles as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete excluding cost of anchor bolts / templates , lock nuts & washers which will be supplied by the department or paid separately but including providing T & P etc.

Supplying anchor bolts ( for fixing base of tower) made from Mild steel rods (bright finished) (as per IS 2062) of approved make (TATA,JINDAL or equivalant), 25mm dia of required length 750 mm ( bended at bottom shown as per drawing ), threaded up to 200mm from top including suitable nuts & check nuts and M.S. spring washers with primer etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.( rate is inclusive of supplying anchor bolts at work site)

Erection of 15.00 mtr high roof top tower material or recovered materials or dismantled existing 15.00 mtr high roof top tower or otherwise. The work shall include the following : (A) Erection of tower including sorting, assembling, lifting, fitting and fixing up all tower members in position true to the alignment including assembling / hoisting / fixing of ladder, working platform, wave guide rack, lightening arrestor pipe stand etc. at required level all complete as per the manufacturers drawing and as per the directions of Engineer- in-charge. The item includes enlarging holes, making holes in tower member if required, straightening of twisted or bend tower members of any type etc. and all other connected works for the above operation (if and as required) all complete as per the directions of Engineer-

Transportation of tower material including ladder, working platform, cable tray and antenna fixtures, templates and foundation/anchor bolts, nuts of any dia & length and connecting plates etc. all from old rented bld to new rentd bldg. in same location consideration under safety precautions. The item includes sorting (if required), loading, unloading and stacking of the material all complete and i/c Labour for unloading tower material from 2nd floor to ground and lifting of the same from ground to fifth floor as per the directions of Engineer- in-charge. (a) 15.00 mtr roof top tower apprx wt. of 4.00 MT

Painting of roof top tower including all accessories etc. complete with superior quality, weather resistant high glow synthetic enamel paint ( two or more coats) in international orange and white shade and of approved brand & manufacture in equal alternate layers to give an even shade as per Aviation requirements over base coat of zinc chromate yellow primer all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (Agency shall arrange for all the material, labour, T & P etc. required for the operation.)(a) 15 m Roof Top tower weighing approximately 4.00 MT.

Supplying hot dipped Galvanised (Galvanising shall not be less than 85 micron) nuts and bolts of required size and of grade 5.6 and as per IS 12427 including spring & plain washers of required thickness all complete as per direction of the Engineer In Charge. (The rate includes necessary threading etc and payment shall be made for the actual weight of the material supplied at site)

Providing & fixing single spike solid copper lightening arrestor of 650 mm length, 12 mm dia. having necessary threads & brass nut at bottom end of the rod etc. Copper lightening arrestor is to be fixed approximately 1 to 2 m above the top of the tower over a "lightening arrestor pipe stand".all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 Sqmm armoured copper conductor Cable "Armoured ISI PVC Insulated & sheathed cable" of approved quality and brand including copper terminations/ Lugs etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge. Sheath earthing for the armoured cable shall be done at minimum of two points on the tower as per the standards specified.

Providing and fixing 50 x 3 mm G.I. flat of approved quality for making connection of lightening arrestor from the tower top to the ring /pit earth with necessary clamps, fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Anchoring of 16/20mm dia reiforcement bar vertically in RCC column by drilling and using Polyster resin grout achor of approved quality as per direction of E.I.C.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of LED's (light emitting diodes) lamp of Vijay or BINAY or Avids or Litten or equivalent on circular drum covered with glass and supporting arrangement etc with inbuilt day night sensor and transformer etc complete. The aviation light shall be of low intensity type of approved make which can work at AC supply of 200 to 300 volt.

Dismantling of 15.00 mtr high RT tower existing at this site consisting of structural steel work bolted in built up section (of any height, ground based) including numbering & dehoisting of the members as well as stacking of members/nuts & bolts etc.properly all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. Note:- (A) The item includes for the following and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (a) The agency shall take every precautions against the damages to the structure or near by structures while dismantling/dehoisting the tower (b) Necessary safety precautions to protect the human lives,insurance coverage to the labours etc. shall be the sole responsibility to the agency (c) Numbering to each member shall be done with permanent paint/ink and should be neat and clean to read. Nuts bolts and washers dismantled shall be collected as per the different size of nut- bolts- washers and kept strictly in separate gunny bags.Each such gunny bag of nuts-bolts-washers shall be marked. (d) This item also includes physical handing over the set of tower and all allied materials,fencing materials,shed materials to departmental store incharge by counting and preparing detailed list of recovered materials.
