M&L for dismantling floor heart or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises and com[plete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling courses laid and compacted in slope in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick area of each tiles not less than 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6.

All as per item No. 7.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as dados, skirtings and risers to steps, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n. exc. 0.11 sqm, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M&L for powder coated anodised aluminium frame for door window & ventilator with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc comlete all as specified.

S&F powder coated louvers with including arrangement of fixing glass pinhead as per size & louvers ventilator (Glass shall be measurement separately) complete all as specified and as diredcted.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying of the following specifications :- (i) Cleaning of sunken floor surface with mechanical means i.e. wire brush/air blower etc. and remove all loose/unsound material, dirt, dust, etc.(ii) Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating Hydroproof Xtra of FOSROC/Equivalent of Dr Fixit of Pidilite Industries Ltd in the ratio of 1:2:4 (One part of acrylic polymer : Two part of water and four part of cement).(iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.444 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementious composite compound @ 0.222 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours.(iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.222 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.111 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.(v) 200 micron thick polythene film shall be pasted with help of adhesives over treatment.Note :- Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Testing of all traps and joint and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded broken bricks aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, set and jointed in CM (1:4) with grey cement and With pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping , including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment surface of walls and applying two coats of wheather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and all as directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash.

Dismantling of existing treatment of roof surface and Wire brushing , cleaning top surfaces of tarrace or cement concrete including flashing and junction of parapets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of applied cold bituminous primer @ 0.5 kg/Sqm shall be applied on plastered surfaces including side wall all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick plaster with CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finish even and smooth surfaces using without extra cement. Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately & complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for cement concrete B-1. 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in padding finishing surface of concrete topping even and fair without using extra cement all as specified of average thickness 50 mm in slop 1:40 over roof & complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L APP modified membrane minimum weighting 3 Kg/Sqm with polyster non woven polyster reinforcement ( weight not less than 150 gms/sqm )shall be laid by torch application method and overlapped by 100 mm in all sides as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for poviding and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not proving using chemical emulsion at theart of 7.5 ltr per sqm of the vertical surface of the sub structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litres per hole 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors and all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with mS square tube etc complete all specified.
