S&F in repair curtain rails/harrison rails mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, frinel, stops, rollers etc. (As approved by Engr-in-Charge) complete all as directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to sunken slab with following operations:- (i) Top of RCC slab in sunken portion incl peripheral beams shall be plastered with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth using extra cement curved at the junction. (ii) Apply two coals of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementations coating like brushbond of fosroc or equivalent both on floor and beams. (iii) Sunken slab to be given 1:20 slope outward, 25mm GI pipe spout with 300mm projection beyound outer surface of wall shall be provided. (iv) Water tightness of sunken portion to be tested by ponding with water for 72 hrs. In case of even a slight mark of seepage the portion to be treated again and ponding shall be carried out again to confirm the water tightness of sunken slab. (v) The sunken portion will be filled with lean concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using brick agg to reqd depth.

ELECTRIFICATION Note : Prior to commencement of electrical works, the contractor needs to submit valid Electrical Liscence in the name of himself/themself or Aggrement with agency having valid Electrical Liscence alongwith Agency's Electrical Liscense to the Accepting Officer for his approval through GE/AGE(I). In absence of such documents, no work will be executed at site and to be treated as defaulter on the Contrctor's part . In addition, Supervisor for execution of electrical works employed by the Contractor shall posses Supervisory Certificate of competancy issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory and the Worker/Tradesman for execution of Electrical Works must hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper multistranded conductor cable 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper multistrand conductor cable 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC casing caping with all accessories and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick with 3mm thick hylum laminated/bakalite sheet cover for mounting switch, socket, fan regulator, etc after and including taking down of old existing point wiring including fixtures and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, holders, socket, etc and making good the distrubed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board
