Earthing with existing 4 Nos. GI plates for Tower body earthing / Lightning protection earthing / Equipment earthing etc. by observing the following procedure. (A) Digging of earth pit of Min size 2mtr x 2mtrx 10 feet deep ( for installing GI Earth plates at the corners ) and refilling the same after installing the earth plate system. (B) Installation of 4 Nos. GI earth plates of size at the corners of the Earth pit by drilling holes to the plates, making connections to all the four plates for extending earth using GI bolts & nuts, washers, lead washers etc. (C) Providing masonary enclosure of suitable size for the earth pit with Cast Iron/MS hinged / Cement concrete cover plate and making sign writing.(D) Transportation of GI plates from Autonagar Storeyard to new BTS site i/c loading and unloading etc as required.

Extra for excavation of above earth pit for each 1 Feet depth & refilling as required.

Providing and fixing lightning conductor finial made of 25mm dia 600 mm long GI pipe ( B-class) having single prong at top with suitable size GI base plate and Hylam sheet including holes etc.as required.

Supplying & fixing of GI / MS clamp of suitable size for fixing on surface of wall/on tower pole for running earth strip & Elec cables etc as required

Supplying & fixing of suitable size RED color DMC/ SMC insulator for 25x5mm GI strip on surface of wall/ on wall Clamp with suitable screws/bolt nuts etc as required.

S&F of 25x5 mm GI strip on surface / in recess/ in ground for connections as required ( Horizontal/Vertical run)

Supplying & fixing of 3 chamber Outdoor Panel ( min size : 75cm (H) x 75 cm (W)x 30 cm (D)) made up of 16 G MS sheet for housing 1Ph/3Ph Energy Meter ( direct type)-1NO, 100A Fuse cutout-3nos with Neutral link/ MCBs and 63A ON Load Changeover switch -1No on existing MS angle iron frame/on surface of Wall, painting complete as required. (Panel specification : a) Panel shall be Made up of 16G MS sheet b) All 3 chambers shall be individually separated, shall have Individual doors with locking arrangement. c) Meter chamber shall have opening with Glass provision for meter reading from outside d) change over Switch chamber shall be double door. e) All chambers shall have suitable holes & rubber seals for cable entry. f) Panel shall be powder coated. g) suitable size hylam sheet & DIN rail shall be provided inside panel chambers wherever necessary for fixing Meter/ fusecutouts/ MCBs etc, )

Supply and making of MS stand made up of 50mm x 50mm x 5mm MS Angle for fixing above OD meter panel above 1.0 mtrs height above ground level including welding, making holes, cement concrete foundation, transportation etc complete as required.

Supplying & fixing additional GI sheet roof of suitable size for OD meter-fuse box made up of 25x5 GI strip supports & 24G L-shaped GI sheet to the existing Iron frame as required.

Supplying & laying of single core 25 Sq.mm weather proof Aluminium power cable of 1.1 KV grade in Existing PVC/ MS conduit/open/loop/existing GI Wire support as required.
