Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified

Material & Labour for Hand packing (except stone) ( any thickness) at back of the retaining walls etc and raising ( or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) soil , waste & vent pipe pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls or in floor with and including clamps, nut bolts etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.
