Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI Based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in eaves board fixed with selp tapping screw as specified

Taking down tar felt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc.500m and n. exc. 1.5 KM incl removal of finishes up to mother slab complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for waterproofing Coating with polyurethane-based water proofing liquid membrane to be applied by brush with multi coats with minimum dry film thickness of 1mm and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The above treatment will be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm/ company.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets

S & F for Anodised aliminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling confirming IS:733, 737 & IS:1285 ; all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick (E-Boards) Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws in ceiling complete all as specified and as dirceted.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
