Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 15 kVA , 3 phase ,415 V AC Silent type ,Liquid cooled diesel driven generating set conforming to CPCB 4 / latest norms comprising of radiator, 4 stroke multi cylinder engine of having minimum 18 BHP at 1500 RPM coupled to deliver rated kVA at prevailing site conditions equipped with flywheel, residential type silencer, fuel governor, fuel pump, built in fuel tank, electric starting equipment with required nos of suitable AH sealed maintenance free batteries etc., directly coupled to 15 kVA 0.8PF, alternator compatible make as per OEM/OEA suitable with the entire system mounted on common base frame etc. on an existing foundation, exhaust piping with thermal insulation, acoustic enclosure, control wiring from Alternator to control panel, having remote monitoring system etc. consisting of the specification given below etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Diesel Engine: One number Diesel Engine multi-cylinder, four stroke, liquid cooled, electric start, turbo charged type engine suitable for developing the required BHP at 1500 rpm, suitable for above output of alternator at 40º C, 50% RH and at 1000 Metre MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS:10000, ISO 8528 Part I with upto date amendments/ norms, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation complete with Anti vibration mountings, radiator, starting equipment and other accessories etc. as specified in the detailed specification i.e. Governing Class (As per ISO 8528 part-V) ; Noise Level < 75 dBA/ latest CPCB NORMS ; Fuel Consumption-(in Litres/Hr) ; At 75% Load-max 3 l/hr; Weight of Gen Set with Canopy min-605 Kgs or as per Manufacturer standards; Engine Specifications- Rated Output (Prime Rating as per ISO 8528)-min 18 BHP ; No of Cylinders-2 or 3; Rated Speed at 1500 RPM ,Aspiration - Turbo Aspiration after cooled; Lube Oil Sump Capacity-5 L(min.); Coolant Capacity-4.2(min)L, DEF Capacity - min 4 L or as per OEM specification ,Alternator: Insulation-Class H ; min Efficiency at (100% Load)-0.8 pf (As per Standards IEC 60034-1)-82% minimum or as per OEM specification ; Max time to build Rated Voltage at Rated RPM-Voltage Recovery Time-2 sec

Alternator: One number synchronous alternator rated at 15 kVA, 415 volts at 1500 rpm, 3 phase, 50 Hz. AC supply with min 0.8 lagging power factor. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited (AREP Based) and self-regulated through AVR conforming to relevant IS standards suitable for tropical conditions and with class H insulation as per the direction of engineer-in-charge

Engine mounted instrument panel : Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with suitable MCBs,Relays and having digital display for the following: Start- stop switch with Key, Water/ liquid temperature indication, lubrication oil presuure , temperature indication, Battery charging Indication, RPM indication, Over Speed indication, Low lubrication oil trip indication, engine Hours indication and other indication as per the latest norms.

Base Frame & Foundation:Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation as per Sr.No6 and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer

Fuel tank: In built daily service fuel tank having minimum capacity 32 L or as per manufactures specification complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine, complete with valves, level indicator and accessories as required as per specification attached.

Exhaust system and Acoustic enclosure: Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per the specifications and latest Govt. Norms

Starting System:12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motor, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation, complete with required nos of suitable AH batteries(Minimum 65 Ah) as required and as per specification and latest norms

Remote monitoring system : The DG set should have provision of remote monitoring system provided by the OEM/OEA which share real time genset technical data information and location service which can be accessed via Mobile or Desktop .

AMF Panel: Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic mains failure control including auto By pass panel of suitable CRCA sheet with suitable rating of copper/ aluminium bus bar as approved by Engineer in Charge, suitable for 15 KVA silent type DG site complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection and energy analyser to indicate currents, phase and line voltages, frequency, power factor, KWH, KVARH & provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault, under frequency, control cabling from AMF Panel to diesel Engine and else where if required all complete and inter locking including the following....

50 A FP MCCB (OR as per OEM specifications), with rotary operating mechanism with phase barriers - 2 nos.(For mains and alternator)

60A FP power contactor - 2 sets (For mains and alternator) with interlocking arrangement.

Energy analyser unit to indicate, current, voltage, frequency, power factor and kWh

Phase indication lamps for DISCOM and for Generator supply - 1 Set

Bakelite HRC fuses/ MCB as per the OEM/OEA and control wiring for the entire system - 1 Set

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600mmX600mmX6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.l strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.l. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.l. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing foundation and platform for the Rated capacity Silent type DG set (As per item No.1 ) so as to place the DG Set conforming to specifcation including earth work, exacavation, ramming, providing foundation for plinth with mix of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), including centring & shuttering, brick work with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) bricks with Cement mortar , Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work,foundation work, cement plaster work, as per attached drawing and as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of total thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with zinc coating complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces with Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. with mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete as per requirement for the Rated capacity Silent type DG set (As per item No.1 ) as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Supply of 3.5 core, 35 sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE of 1.1 KV grade armoured Aluminium conductor cable,as required,confirming to IS-7098 part I or equivalent with upto date amendments.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation,sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as rquired. Upto 35 sq.mm

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required 3.5 x 35 sq.mm (32mm)
