REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF JOINERY AND FLOOR TILING INCLUDING OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT AREA B AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 18 to 20 mm thick in working platform and like steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform laid over 15mm screed bed(1:6) in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge such as in counter type WHB platform etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dark shade Vetrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) of area exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 Sq.m in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 X 350 X 7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) including removal of debris from the Dockyard permises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour 75 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate as flooring) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry or stone rubble masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix aluminium window shutter with chowkats made out of hollow sections as mentioned below, each shutter having 2 Nos. butt hinges 100 mm size, 2 Nos. handles 150 mm long, 2 Nos. tower bolts 150 mm long and glazing with 4 mm thick sheet glass fixed with aluminium glazing clips, rubber beadings and aluminium beadings including taking down damaged aluminium window complete all as specified and directed: Chowkat/frame : Not less than 0.549 Kg./RM Mullion : Not less than 0.367 Kg./RM Shutter : Not less than 0.549 Kg./RM

Supply & fix aluminium decorative grill of any size and shape not less than 2.70 Kg./Sq.m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs for stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avg width of aperature 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as directed and specified.

Preparation of old wooden surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion with two coat of wall care putty on old and new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement all as specified on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Make of SBR emulsion/latex: Sika, Fosroc, STP,Dr Sunanada, BASF, star coatings,measured and paid seperately.)

Material & labour for rendering 5 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) latex emulsion. [Make of SBR emulsion / latex : Sika, Fosroc, STP,Dr Sunanada, BASF, star coatings]

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion with two coat of wall care putty on old and new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment preparation of plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on old and new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for applying one coat of exterior weather proof emulsion on old wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and apply two coat of exterior weather proof emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and direceted.
