M&L for cleaning of blocked/ chocked SWG / CI pipe line of 100 mm dia from WC to gully trap, manhole or from cleaning eyes in any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete line including removing of sludge/ waste to low lying areas within 500 m distance and burrying the same properly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers duly set in cement mortar 1:4 as where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked/ chocked SWG / CI pipe line of any dia and manhole by using Vehicle mounted Sewer cum jetting machine (Model CGESDT 5-12LCH or equivalent) with tank capacity more than 10000 liters , suction depth more than 6 mtrs syphoning out all mud, slurry, grit and other materials in dry as well as wet condition from manholes and sewage lines , assisted by the driver and two helpers ; and subsequent dischage of sludge materials at designated place in an environment friendly and in hyginiec manner properly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers duly set in cement mortar 1:4 as where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked WC, Gully trap,Nahani trap, incl cleaning line from WC trap upto first manhole complete all as directed.

Taking off existing covers of soak well/ septic tank/ manhole and cleaning by approved mechanical suction pump with Tractor (Tanker capacity not less than 5000 Ltrs and laying/ throwing at designated locations as per arrangements made by the contractor and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note:-1.Applicable to items Srl 01 to 06 The contractor's attention is invited towards the following elements during execution of work. (i) The complaint like floor trap, gully trap,WC block, sewage line block, manhole block i.e. complaints of urgent nature shall be rectified within 24 Hrs(One day) from the issue of the complaint. (ii) Septic tank clean, soakwell clean shall be rectified with in 02 day from the issue of complaint. (iii) A complaint register with complaint and its type, date of issue and date of rectification will be maintained by contractor which will be checked by Engr-in-Charge min. once a week. (iv) Minimum two labour shall report daily at complaint cell of AGE B/R III Roorkee Stn. The rates quoted in item 01 to 06 shall include all above and also daily wages cum salary for these labours. If such labour fail to report to AGE B/R III complaint cell to attend to complaints, min. daily wage would be recovered on per day basis from the CA amount.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for cesspit, manhole etc,and getting out soft/loose soil even in foul position complete all as specified and directed.

Add to item 7.00 for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) salt glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ laid in trenches and jointed with cement mortar incl demolition and breaking up of existing drain pipe (SGSW/PVC/RCC etc) set in cement mortar of internal dia of pipe 150 mm complete all as directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) salt glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ laid in trenches and jointed with cement mortar incl demolition and breaking up of existing drain pipe (SGSW/PVC/RCC etc) set in cement mortar of internal dia of pipe 100 mm complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in concrete bed to 200 mm bore drain pipe incl packing under haunching against the sides of pipes after pipe laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipe incl packing under haunching against the sides of pipes after pipe laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:4, for cracked wall of Drain, manholes,septic tank,soak pit incl demolition of brick work in built in cement mortar for cracked wall of Drain, manholes,septic tank,soak pit etc in foul position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, /RCC walls surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down wih water, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 inside and outside wall of manhole of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth ( With out using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copping, benching of manhole / drain slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed incl finish the surfaces smooth without using extra cement incl demolition of unrenforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 110mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 110 mm PVC (SWR) branch piece, double (double Y) equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) long pan of size 580x440mm white glazed with integral footrest with 'P' or 'S' trap including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe , anti-syphonage pipe etc incl making good to floor fixed complete (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
