Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50m lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking with in 50m lead, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. in Channels, angles, tees and flats.

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground for lead up to 2 km for all lifts ,within the premises of FACT CD, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of Earth by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground for lead up to 2 km for all lifts ,within the premises of FACT CD, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains, in all kinds of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50m.

Chipping and removing portions of existing RCC carefully without damaging the remaining structure and removing the debris as per the instruction of Engineer In Charge for a lead of 150m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling contractor's own good quality earth to the required levels and grades in layers of 200 mm including watering, ramming, etc complete with all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer in charge (Measurement will be given for consolidated filled volume as per initial and final levels as approved and certified by Engineer - in - charge).

Cement concrete work in 1:2:4 mix (1 Portland Pozzolana cement: 2 coarse river sand/manufactured sand:4 20mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones) including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, but excluding cost of centering and shuttering , as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in-charge for yard paving.

Cement concrete work in 1:4:8 mix (1 Portland Pozzolana cement: 4 coarse river sand/manufactured sand: 8 40mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones) including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, cost for bailing out of water , oil ,liquid mud etc. from all sources in excavated pits, trenches ,etc. complete at all levels but excluding cost of centering and shuttering , as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in-charge for foundation / leveling course etc.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. "(Note: Cement content considered in this item is @ 340 kg/cum. "Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) - All works.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Providing form work to cement concrete and RCC works with necessary plywood / steel sheet, steel joists, runners, struts, posts etc with adjustable spans and telescopic posts, wooden planks for beam sides etc. including removal after completion /curing at all levels - Circular foundation footings, Pedestals.

Supplying, conveying fabrication and erection of MS single section members such as channels, hollow sections, guard rail, MS angle hand rails verticals, etc. with fixtures such as end stops, clamps, bolts and nuts etc. including charges for cutting, splicing, drilling holes as required, fixing to lines and levels and cleaning thoroughly with power tools and painting with two coats of epoxy red oxide zinc chromate primer ( one shop coat and one coat after fixing / erection. Refer painting specs for applying priming coats.)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete to all lines and levels and applying petroleum jelly / grease after erection on exposed surface of bolts to prevent corrosion.

Painting of structural steel work over priming coats (paid with the steel supply item) as follows: a) One intermediate coat of Micaceous Iron Oxide epoxy paint of 70-micronDFT b) One coat of two pack polyamide cured epoxy finish paint ofn40-micronsDFT c) One coat of aliphatic acrylic polyurethane finish paint of 40-micronsDFT

Supplying and grouting pockets, base plates, etc. at all levels for static equipments /structural steel supports using nonshrink grout shrinkkomp 10 of M/s ACC or Conbextra GP I of M/s FOSROC or equivalent.
