Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 50 Kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2 but except bricks, using old unserviceable brick.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces on wall of any description using sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint (white or tinted), over a coat of cement base primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 'Birla White wall care putty' or 'JK Wall Care putty' to make the entire surface free from undulations, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new putty wall surfaces, priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any shade on wall surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including wall care putty of wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick D2 (1:4:8) 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or as in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in repairs 60 mm thick, M-35 grade machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment in any shape and size, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide groove not exc. 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumastic, complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping washing down with water to remove dust etc., and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per square metre, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/rectangular) area of each tile exe.0.18 sqm but n.exe.0.38 sqm, joint free tiles as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 17 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces such as skirting/risers etc.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 18mm to 20mm thick slabs, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 2 Kg per Square metre including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 16mm to 18mm thick white marble stone flooring as in border etc., of Kota Stone flooring over 20 mm thicks screed bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 20 but as in skirting with 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3)

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 10cm long, and dia 16-20mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) including cover fillet, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size 605x605 mm, using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm, weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively. The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mm x 25 mm x 2 mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia mild steel wire/GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods, shelves and plate form, etc,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for RCC as in kitchen platform, shelves type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel deformed bars 8 to10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia quality conforming to Fe-410-S or F-410-0, or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket bell or power) complete with all fitting such as batten, switch, ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, socket and brackets switch fuse etc removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match the existing surface all as directed .
