Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The intending bidder should have the satisfactorily completed (as a prime contractor,) at least one similar work, such as supply/erection and commissioning of Instrumentation/ electrical Item as per requirement of value not less than Rs. 23 Lakhs, in any one of the preceding five financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26) in any thermal power stations of capacity not less than 210MW or to any process industries. As a proof of this the bidder should upload a single purchase order along with commissioning certificate/MOM OR single work order and its corresponding works done certificate issued by the competent authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other government/private organizations

The intending bidder should be a regular manufacturer/ regular supplier/authorized dealer for the similar materials. As a proof of this, bidder should upload the relevant value certificates

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average financial turnover of Rs.46 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload certified copy of the profit and loss account OR turn over certificate duly certified by Chartered Accountant
