35mm thick second class hardwood (Sal/Hollock) factory made plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rails & panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply wood or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both side. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

30 mm thick 2nd class soft wood glazed & skeleton factory made shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc, sizes of members of door shutters as specified in SSR- 2009 Part-I Section 8.24(a) complete all as specified and directed.

Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as directed by EIC, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 350 mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

20mm thick, Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 15 mm thick screed base in cement mortar 1:6 over and complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring with white boarder lining 20-25 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab,as in in skirting, dados, risers to steps etc, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling , chajjas, fin, facias etc and including applying cement slurry; surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

10mm thick (average) screed bed/ plaster in cement mortar 1:3 in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surface for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC and polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately).

Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 over plastered surfaces @ 0.40 litres/ Sqm of density 0.87-0.89kg/ litres at 25° C and viscosity 70-160 CPS (Bitumen primer shall be of same make as of membrane) including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

APP (atactic Poly-propylene polymer) modified membranes, five layered, 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm, having a centre core of polyester non-woven mat (FP) reinforcement dipped into APP modified mix and sealing all the over laps 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membranes by torching as per manufacture's instructions by authorised applicator only after applying evenly a coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2kg per sqm on the bottom of APP and on top of joints of APP complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Renewal of sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade with copper stranded FRLS conductor of size 6 Sqmm (2 single run) with one continuous FRLS copper earthing lead wire of size 6 Sqmm and drawn into PVC conduit/ casing & capping with all fittings/ accessories, junction boxes 1 to 4 way 20mm dia, cutting chases, making good in cement mortar (1:3), finishing surfaces to match with existing and connected to common earth dolly including taking down old unservicable submain wiring, complete and as directed. Note :- Two run (each run of 1 RM) of 6 sqmm copper conductor and one RM of earth wire of 6 Sqmm, shall be measured as one RM).

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multi-standard aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 3.5 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including making necessary connections at both ends, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4), type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick precast cover of size 550 mm X 550 mm X 75 mm of RCC (1:2:4), type B-I, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/ Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.
