Amount

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass,brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 metre above ground and removal of rubbish outside the periphery of the area cleared upto all leads and lifts

Dressing the ground including cutting and filling upto 15 cm spade work including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.

Excavation in earth work upto all depths in all classification of soil such as spade work, jumper work including pick work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chieseling soft/hard rocks where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed to correct grade including shorting, strutting, planking and dewatering wherever required, stacking the serviceable material/unserviceable material/soil separately and then disposing off all excavated earth upto all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work in all kinds of soil and banking in 20cm layers including breaking clods, ramming/rolling and dressing ground for the purpose of making embankments or filling up ground depressions upto all leads and lifts for impervious earthern core as per satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge (The earth work should be of approved parameter from borrow area for filling in embankment and laid as per specifications) (Local earth) including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying geotextile fibre filter behind stone pitching and crated apron having thickness of not less than 2.50mm (two and half) and minimum weight 275 grams/squaremeters (two hundred seventy five) in minimum width 4 mtr. i/c lap folding and jointing etc. not less than 4.00 mtrs. in width complete i/c carriage of materials within all leads and lifts confirming to specifications as per terms and conditions and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.

Wire crates made of G.I. Wire filled with boulders square cut faces against the wire (boulder filling to be measured and paid for seperatly) G.I wire 5mm thick 15X15 cm mesh. In apron and sloping pitching including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge (the wire crates to be made of GI wire (5.00 mm) thick are hard wooven and double knotted/twisted) including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying of stone filling in apron of guide banks embankment and toe wall in Wire crates made of G.I. Wire filled with boulders square cut faces against the wire (wire crates to be measured and paid for seperatly). Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of stone pitching on side slopes of guide bank and embankment in Wire crates made of G.I. Wire filled with boulders square cut faces against the wire (wire crates to be measured and paid for seperatly). Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all lifts including stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all surplus excavated soil as directed within all leads and lifts in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :Four sand :eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)(Forty milimetre) and curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and plinth & carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand :Three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)( Twenty milimetre) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete including cost of form work for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge in suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers in all floor levels and in vertical walls of any thickness complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement :Two sand : Four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)(Forty milimetre) and curing complete including cost of form work for reinforced concrete work in walls including attached pilasters buttresses etc. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor levels (a). Tor steel. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars of standard design as per IRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1704 including carrigae of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying of RCC pipe NP-2 on first class bedding of granular material in a single row i/c fixing collar with CC 1:2 and including jointing and testing complete in all respect 900mm dia including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.

Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surfaces as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.
