Outsourcing of Drivers at main campus as well as outstaions under Dr YSP UHF

Outsourcing of 7 Nos. Drivers Light and Heavy Motor Vehicle to be deployed at main campus as well as Outstations under this University. The service provider will also be responsible for compliance of all statutory provisions relating to minimum wages, ESI, EPF and other labour laws etc. in respect of person deployed in this University. The Sundays and other holidays as notified by the HP Govt. as well as HP Industrail Establishment act. 1969 will be provided by the University. He will also be liable for depositing all taxes, levies and cess etc. on account of service rendering to this University. Only the labour escalation will be applicable as per revision of labour wages from time to time by the HP Govt. during the contract period. The person provided will have to work on all the working days and if necessary they may be asked to work on holidays for which no additional cost would be payable. In case of absence of the person provided, pro-rate deduction will be made from the charges considering the no. of working days of the office. In case any person is found unsuitable / proceeds on leave / remains absent from job, the substitute arrangement will have to be made immediately by the service provider without any additional cost.
