S&F false ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm consisting the thickness with fully perforated 10 to 12mm thick square edged of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, Rh of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non- combustible as per BS 476 (part 4) -1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x26 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastener 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.30 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall metal wood grip screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F fully Perforated Gypsum Board tile made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 part I, of size 595x595 mm for acoustic wall panelling having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC from 0.60 to 0.75 having compressive strength of 7.6 N/sqmm and static bending sytrenth of 4.7 N/sqmm includes along with 18mm thick 75 mm width of pattas as main runner, screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of Nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm centres. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with 2 flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm X 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of0.55mm thick having knurled web of 51.5mm and 2 flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and indirection perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 450 mm centres with 50mm thick rasin bonded 48 Kg/m3 glasswool backing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L after fill the joints followed by primer coat, finishing, scrapping and 2 coats of plastic water- soulble plastic paint for asthetic look and longer durability and as per directions of Engineer in-charge.
