Providing and laying in position cement comcrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up ti plinth level, 1:5:10 (1 cemet : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in Foundation and plinth with Bricks in Cement mortar 1 : 6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing & laying Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks masonary 105mm/230mm/300mm thick with grade I AAC blocks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor v level with RCC band at sill level & lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish 12 mm thick

Providing and laying damp proof course with cement concrete Grade M-150(1:2:4) Mortar prepared with 1 % soluition of water proof compound complete as per specification 50 mm thick
