Cleaning the concrete surfaces by removing cover/loose concrete completely by careful stripping until hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface all as specified.

Material and labour for cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush and applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound and then applying two coats of anti corrosive protective coating i.e. zinc rich primer like MASTEREMACO P 130 (Make (BASF) or equivalent. Applying with brush over cleaned reinforcement. It shall meet the requirement of BS 4652 type-2, zinc epoxy primer with zinc content>84%, volume solids of 57+3% and mixed density of 2.4 + 0.1 Kg/lite all as specified.

Material and labour for providing and fixing of Addition reinforcement TMT 16mm dia in columns as per specification and design mentioned in NDT report by NIT Silchar.
