M&L 3 mm thick Fibre glass green reinforced transulucent plain sheeting fixed with self tapping screws on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, hinges, gates but excluding framed truss

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long dia of neck 11 to 15 mm

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of cement paint on walls including preparation of newely plastered surfaces of wall all as specified and directed.
