Design supply, Insatllation, Testing and Commissioning of water cooled, floor mounting type water chilling machine of minimum Capacity 102 TR (2 x 51 TR) complete with sealed Scroll type multiple compressors, star-delta starter, Shell & Tube Chiller, water cooled fin & tube type Condenser, Condenser fans with weatherproof motors, common Base frame / skid structure, Interconnected Copper Refrigerant piping, Vibration Isolators, Gauge Panel, Flexible connectors at Chiller connections, Automatic Safety Controls, Ozone friendly CFC Free Refrigerant Gas R-407C/410A & Oil, Nitrile Rubber Insulation of chiller & Suction pipe etc. Design Condition :- 22 +/ -2 RH 55 +/ - 5% as per user data sheet.

The Motor shall be suitable for operation on 415 ±10% V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC power supply. Chilling machine shall be complete with its Micro processor based Control Panel & Starter with main switch. Chiller panel shall be compatible for remote operation & should provide status (additional potential free contacts shall be required to perform this function) Necessary civil work such as PCC foundation for placement of chillers to be covered in the scope of work.-- 02 Nos

The chiller shall be as per the technical specifications. The water chilling machine shall meet the following design parameters: Actual Minimum Cooling Capacity of each unit required : 51 TR @ Local Ambient conditions Chilled Water leaving Temp. : 44°F ( 6.6.Deg.C.) Make of Compressor :- As recommended by OEM or manufacturer of Chiller Unit. Make of chiller unit: - VOLTAS / CARRIER / DAIKIN / HITACHI Notes :- (a) Contractor before quoting the tender will visit the site, calculate tonnage, check the design to meet the cooling parameter and feasibility of installation of design and specification provided by the department. (b) Bidder may do his own design to satisfy himself that the design is sufficient to attain the desired parameters. Any shortcomings noticed shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department which shall be accounted for in the amount quoted and nothing extra will be payable to the contractor. (c) Accessories, fittings, supporting items complete as specified in BOQ shall be included in the rate. No extra payment shall be allowed for the same.

Supplying and Fixing Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web ceiling belt of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web ceiling belt of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web ceiling belt of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips belt of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre size of grid 605 x 605mm complete all as specified.

Supplying and Fixing exposed metal frame ceiling 6mm thick with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600X600mm grid including two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer fixed or laid/inserted to Aluminium framework as in false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note : Framework for ceiling shall be measured and paid for separately.

Outsourcing of services consisting of 01 No Ref Mechanic for continuous operation of AC Plant of Capacity 2x51/53 TR (LES) at INS Valsura Jamnagar with one operator per shift of 08 hours from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs in all working days including Sundays & holidays for 12 Months (1st Year after completion of work, during DLP) all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge. Note:-The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of all charges such as GST, ESIC, Labour wellfare Cess, over head & profit& Bonus etc.

Outsourcing of services consisting of 01 No Ref Mechanic for continuous operation of AC Plant of Capacity 2x51/53 TR (LES) at INS Valsura Jamnagar with one operator per shift of 08 hours from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs in all working days including Sunday& holiday for 12 Months (2nd Year after completion of work, during DLP) all as specified and directeded by Engr-in-charge. Note:-The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of all charges such as GST, ESIC, Labour wellfare Cess, over head & profit& Bonus etc.

NOTE FOR ITEM NOS 79 TO 82 : (i) Operator should be minimum ITI passed in relevent trade with minimum 02 years experience of running of installation and well conversant with the HT / LT electric supply installation / AC plant with connected panel . (ii) Contractor and his person detailed for manning of AC Plant will be responsible for serviceability of AC Plant . In case of any major fault occurs in AC plant he will be report directly to concerned JE E/M / AGE E/M. Person deputed for operation will be responsible for minor maintenance such as checking of oil, cleaning of plant room and surrounding areas complete. (iii) Safety equipment's will be provided to all tradesman without any extra cost to government. (iv) Necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rules and regulation of state /central govt. and necessary replacement will be provided by the contractor. Rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision. (v) Contractor / his operator will be responsible to operate the all above plants / machinery when ever required and as asked / directed by AGE / JE during shift

NOTE FOR ITEM NOS 84 TO 89 : (i)This item includes all consumables items including filling of refrigerant gas/lubricants oil/filters as required. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for replacement of any parts in respect of Chiller plant, Electrical panel, Cooling system, Condensor pump, Cooling tower, gas charging, motor winding, control valves etc for smooth functioning of AC Plant and No extra cost shall be paid on this account. (ii) All instruments/equipments required to check for repair/replacement are to be arranged/provided by contractor. (iii) Though maintenance of Gl ducting is not included, adjustment of grills and repair to grills to achieve proper flow of conditioned air is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item. (iv) In the event of failure to achieved specified inside condition due to non operation or by other reason (except failure incoming electric/water supply at AC plant room) contractor will be liable to pay penalty at Rs 500/hour upto a maximum Rs 5000 per day (v) In case of failure of any system i.e. chiller plant, AHU, Water recirculation pump etc same shall be repaired by contractor without extra cost to Govt (vi) Quoted rate deemed to include to descaling condenser from both side and using the descaling compound and brushes with long iron rod to clean the copper tubes as and when required. (vii)Cleaning of cooling tower/AHU as and when required for the proper functioning of the plant, rate quoted shall be included for the same.
