Material and labour for repainting of below mentioned steel furniture as per the following steps:- Almirah Large Steel (FD-1031) i) Denting of bent surfaces with the help of hammer in best workmanship manner. Ii) Removing old paint by scrubbing with sand paper 150 No thoroughly. Iii) Applying one coat of metel primer Make :- Asian/Nerolac/Dulux. iv) Applying metal putty to even the surface wait period of 2-3 hours to be given for putty to set and dry completely, scrub off the excess putty with 150 No sand paper and spraying little amount of water simultaneously. v) Wipe the surface with soft dry cloth and apply one coat a enamel paint of light shade as approved by GE and as specified by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for polishing of below mentioned wooden furniture as per the following steps :- Chair dining all types (FD-225/228-279). i) Preparing the surface by sanding with sand paper of 120-220 grit along the grains to get smooth suface. Ii) Wiping the wood with soft cloth to remove any dust and prepairing for staining. iii) Applying the stain along the grains with the help of a brush/clean rag apply the stain evenly and 2-3 times allowing the wood to dry in between each staining. iv) Applying the polyurethane wood finish to give a shiny protected coat letthe coat dry completely. v) Lightly sand down the wood surface with sand paper of 320 grit before adding another coat as thinly as possible let the coat dry and finally apply the French pilish to get a smooth and glossy finish.
