Bored cast-in-situ M35 grade with minimum cement content 350 kg per cum, RCC piles of 1200 mm diameter in all kinds of soil (including hard & boulders ) with Hydraulic Rig excluding cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of Shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc, (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of the pile cap). All complete as per drawing and conforming to section 1100 and 1700 of MORTH specifications of latest edition and clause 709 of IRC: 78-2000/latest edition including cost of bentonite slurry, initial vertical and lateral load tests, routine load tests and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead etc. complete in all respect. (i) 1200 dia piles (A) The scope of work in the above items include: (1) The cost of all initial layout of piles and setting out, initial excavation, if any (2 a) The cost of boring through all types of soils/existing road/ pavement, removal of all obstruction like boulders, old foundation concrete or rock to be paid in relevant item above by chiseling or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. If a bore is abandoned for any reason no payment shall be made for such incomplete boring and shifting of the equipments (2 b) The cost of filling up of the empty bore, if required (3) The cost of preparation, circulation and handling of bentonite slurry. (4) The cost of disposal of all spoil, bentonite waste to keep the work area neat. (5) The cost of providing temporary liner and its withdrawal, if required below adjoining ground level (irrespective of the R.L of the adjoining ground level) for vertical piles) (6) The cost of providing and mixing all ingredients of cement concrete (except reinforcement steel) including admixtures, with batching plant, transportation, placement of concrete by tremie pipe for the required lengths of pile including providing cover blocks, stiffeners, handling bars etc. for safe handling of reinforcement cage. (7) The cost of breaking of pile head not earlier than 3 days after concreting and to remove spoil concrete to bring the pile head to the socketing level including cleaning and arranging the extended reinforcement bars as per drawings. (8) The cost of working for all leads, lifts, pumping / bailing out of water, labour, material and equipment etc. (9) The cost of mobilizing to site, installation at different locations transferring / dismantling, shifting, reinstalling and removal from site of the piling rigs and / or other equipments and all accessories including working plateforms (10) The cost of identification, protection and maintenance of existing services, if any, which in the opinion of Engineer-in-charge are likely to be affected by piling operation incl. temporary shifting of such services to facilitate piling job shall also have to be done, if so required by the Engineer-in-charge and the cost for the same as assessed by the engineer-in-charge shall be reimbursable. (11) The cost of barricading and all traffic safety requirements as specified in the tender document. (12) The cost of all incidentals, labour, material, equipment and works required to execute the job. The item also includes any other incidental expenditures for completing the job as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge (13) The item includes the cost of testing of all the materials involved in the execution of the item as per QAP. (B) Mode of measurement: (14) Initial vertical load testing, horizontal load testing, routine load testing required as per IS : 2911 part (iv) and as per MoRT&H specification (i) Length of pile shall be measured from cut off level to the tip of the pile correct to a cm in case where the pile is terminated. (ii) Reinforcement steel shall be measured & paid separately

Earth work in excavation for Pier Pile caps. Abutment pile caps, in all type of soils, weathered rock, existing footings, removal of boulders, concrete, ballast, stone etc including protecting the excavated sides, if required, till concreting, bailing out water to keep the area clean and dry during placement of reinforcement and concrete till the concrete sets finally. The item includes the cost of disposal of all spoils, dismantled materials, surplus earth for all leads and lifts as per clause No. 304 of MoRT&H Specifications 5th revision 2013 and to keep the work area neat and tidy during the work and thereafter. Payment shall be made based on approved plan dimensions for PCC below pile cap. The cost of backfilling around the pile cap and restoration of road, if required shall be included (MORT&H 304).

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M15 grade minimum with cement content 240 kg per cum,(aggregate 20mm nominal size) leveling course below the pile cap, etc. using Ordinary Portland Cement of grade 43, appropriate sand, aggregate, water, admixtures in suitable proportions as per approved mix design, as per approved drawings supplied by the Engineer-in-charge, including all types of shuttering, staging, centering scaffolding, necessary tools, plants, machinery, and all related operations as required to complete the work with all leads, lifts and depths true to line, level and position all complete (excluding the cost of reinforcement steel). As per MORT&H specification for road and bridges works (5th revision) / latest edition as per Payment shall be made based on approved plan dimensions for PCC as per clause No. 1500 and 1700 of MoRT&H Specifications 5th revision 2013.

(4) The cost of providing and mixing all ingredients (except reinforcement steel) including admixtures etc. with batching plant, transportation, placement, finishing and curing of concrete. (5) The cost of maintenance and protection of existing services, if any which in the opinion of Engineer-in-charge are likely to be affected by any related activities including temporary shifting of such services to facilitate construction of pile cap work shall also have to be done, if so required by the Engineer-in-charge, and the cost for the same as assessed by the Engineer-in-charge shall be reimbursable. (6) The cost of installation of any fixture into the pile cap (cost of fixture to be paid separately) (7) The cost of barricading and all safety requirements as specified elsewhere in the tender document. (8) The cost of testing of all the materials, involved in the execution of items as per QAP. (9) The cost of all incidental labour, materials, equipment and works required to execute the job as per directions of engineer-in-charge. (B) Mode of measurement: (1) Measurements shall be made for the finished volume of reinforced cement concrete restricted to volume as per approved drawing (excluding cost of reinforcement steel only). Steel Reinforcement: Supply, cutting, bending with all leads, lifts and depths, fixing in position reinforcement of any diameter, TMT Fe- 500 EQR/Fe 500 D grade or more for RCC work as per relevant BIS specification and drawing in RCC works in Foundations,sub structure , super structure and any other work in the BOQ .The rate shall include cost of all material including galvanizing / epoxy coating tying wire, binding wire, cover block, provision of stools, chairs, spacer bars, overlaps, support bars , labour, transportation, storing and all other incidental charges, tools & plants etc complete. as per clause No. 1600 &2200 of MORT&H specification 2013 / Latest edition for road and bridges works (MORT&H 12.40)

Providing laying and fixing in position reinforced cement concrete Crash Barrier at the edges of the road, approaches to bridge structure and medians, constructed with M-40 grade minimum with cememt content 360 kg per cumconcrete (Including reinforcement ), including centering shuttering and form work etc. conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25mm dia, 450mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as design given in the enclosure to MOST Circular No. RW/NH-33022/1/94-DO III dt. 24th June 1994, as dimensions in the approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer as per clause No. 811 of MORT&H specification-2013. (A) The scope of work in the item includes: (1) The item includes the cost of preparation, fabrication, casting, fixture, placing and fixing in position using fastnersand pickling. (2) The item includes the cost of painting alongwith one coat of anticorrosive primer. (3) The item includes the cost of testing of all materials involved in the execution of the items as per QAP. (4) The items includes all other incidental expenditure for completing the jobs as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Mode of measurement Measurement shall be made in running meter complete as per dimention shown in approved drawing.

Providing and fixing hand rail 65 mm dia GI pipe over the crash barrier kerb consisting of MS base plate, embedded fasterner and nuts. MS vertical plates and pipes etc, as shown in the drawings and as per specifications and painting the same with 3 or more coats of paints. All the railling components as mentioned above to be hot dip galvanised with a zinc coating of at least 175 gm/sqm. Item to include all incidental works required to complete the work as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (N.S)

Providing and installing single strip seal expansion joints of SANFIELD ,METCO,MAGEBA and M/s steel auto industrial with a total allowable maximum movement 80mm as per Clause 2606 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) 2013 supplemented with manufacturer’s recommendations. Entire installation is to be carried out strictly in the presence of manufacturer's representative only, at all times. The seal of the expansion joint shall be such as not to permit any dust collection at all times.A) The scope of work in the item includes: (A) The scope of work in the item includes: (1) Cost of all materials, labours, equipment and other incidental charges for execution of this item. Supervision during installation by the manufacturer is also included. (2) Installation & fixing of expansion joints as per manufacturers specifications and design / drawing approved by the engineer-in-charge including chipping of concrete, cleaning of concrete and reinforcement bars, leveling, necessary shuttering, pre-setting, welding etc. (3) Item to included necessary provision and filling of recess for the expansion joints at no extra cost. (4) The item includes the cost of testing of all the materials involved in the execution of the item as per QAP and testing of completed and installed joints as per the acceptnce criteria of MoRT&H. (B) Mode of measurement: (1) The expansion joints shall be measured in running meters. The length payable is the actual length provided at site including vertical parts of kerbs / crash barriers, footpath etc.

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg. per sqm. On the prepared bitumen/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen as per clause No.503 (5th edition) 2013 as per MoRT&H specification (N.S.)

Providing and fixing in position 20mm thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10 m to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20 mm covered with sealant complete as per drawing and technical specification clause No.2604 (MoRT&H 14.18 (iii))

Providing & Laying 40 mm thick compacted Bituminous Concrete (BC) in one layer with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant and with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with appropriate rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No. 507 MoRT&H specification (5th Revision) 2013 for road and bridge works (5th Revision)2013 using minimum 5.4% to bitumen grade CRMB-55 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respects including cost of bitumen instruction issued from time to time by MoRT&H regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device conforming to MoRT&H specification in mandatory. If bitumen required more than 5.4% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. Note: - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti – stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and nothing extra shall be payable. The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE-in-charge in writing before start of work. A proper record of results be maintained and same shall be submitted along with bills by the contractor. Note: - Where there is only BC on existing black top, cracks shall be sealed as MoRT&H specification 5th revision clause No. 3004.3, which may consists of (i) Fog seal/ or (ii) crack filling and or (iii) patch work repair as required at site in accordance with clause No. 3004.3.2, 3004.3.3 and 3004.2 of MoRT&H specification 5th revision respectively. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB for cracks sealed but no payment on this account shall be made as crack filling is incidental to work

Providing and laying 25mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen VG-40 meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100OC, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516 of MoRT&H Specifications 5th revision 2013

Drainage System: Providing and laying PVC drain pipes, spouts, GI steel gratings over formed holes in deck slab, fixing 150mm dia G.I. pipe runner pipes and 150 mm dia PVC down take pipes of approved quality and ISI mark at every pier etc. as per approved drawings including bends, collars, clamps, fasteners, threading etc., complete as per clause No. 2705 of MoRT&H Specifications 5th revision 2013. A)The scope of work in the item includes 1)The providing, placing, joining and fixing the drainage pipes with all necessary fittings, tools and tackles etc., complete as per the approved drawing. 2)The cost of works to make taping all points to be leak proof, tested etc. including all couplers, materials, manpower and tool and tackle etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. B) Mode of Measurement : 1) The measurement shall be made in numbers for the drainage port supplied and installed at site. The payment for the pipes will be made in Running meters. The quantity will be restricted to the length as shown in the approved drawings. a) 150 dia drainage spout with GI greeting.

Providing & Marking center line / side line 2.5mm thick (minimum) with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint 10 cms wide/ 15cm wide complete in all respect such as furnishing all labour, materials, tolls equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out in work at site confirming to the technical specification as clause No. 803 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) of 2013/ Latest edition. Each container of the thermoplastic material shall have the name trademark or other means of identification of manufacturer, batch number, date of manufacture color maximum application temperature and maximum heating temperature. The thermoplastic paint material shall be of Asian Paint-Apcomark/Berger-Sigmarc/Prismo. The glass beads shall be of Potters/Sovitec/Fleolite. The thermoplastic material shall be sampled and tested in accordance with appropriate ASTM/BS method. The contractor shall furnish to the Engineer-in-Charge a copy of certified test reports from the manufacturer of the thermoplastic material meet all requirement of the specifications. The reflector zing glass beads shall meet the requirement of clause 803.4.2 and test methods mentioned in clause 803.4.2.4 shall be meticulously followed. The minimum thickness specified is exclusive of surface of glass beads the method of thickness measurement shall be in accordance with appendix B and C of BS:3262 (part-3). Note: - Before start of work the contractor shall give brand, batch number, manufacturing date of the material to be used along with a photocopy of bill duly signed by the contractor and get approved the same from Engineer-In-Charge before use.

APPROACH ROAD Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavement Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto all lead and lifts stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately. as per clause 202 of MORT&H specifications(MoRT&H No. 2.6)

E/Work in embankment with soil of minimum CBR of 8% obtained from borrow pit with all lead and lift transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification Clause No. 305. The finished road surface will be as per X-section approved by Engineer-in-Charge. NSL for a block of 100 mtr will be worked as mean of 6 levels taken on 20 m center to center length of road. These six levels are at three locations each, one at centre and remaining two at both side edges. In case the quantity of earth work calculated with NSL and finished level is found to be less than 2629.67 cum, then actual quantity (less than 2629.67 cum) will be paid. In case quantity worked out is more than 2629.67 cum, then only 2629.67 cum will be paid. Excess quantity shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid. Note: If soil of CBR 8% is not available then the agency will do appropriate stabilization as per IRC-SP—89-2010 as approved by SE-In-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account and it will be incidental to work. No earth work will be allowed from PWD land.

Construction of sub grade and earthern shoulders with soil of minimum CBR of 8% obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per clause 305 of morth specifications (MORT&H 3.18)

(N.S.) Note: - 1.Only crushed stone metal material should be used. No local earth/ natural occurring sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer.

Providing & Laying 115 mm thick compacted Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (DBM) in two layer with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant and with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with appropriate rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No. 505 MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th edition) 2013 using minimum 4.50% to bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respect including cost of bitumen instruction issued from time to time by MoRT&H regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device conforming to MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 in mandatory. If bitumen required more than 4.50% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.(NS) Note: - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti – stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and nothing extra shall be payable. The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE-in-charge in writing before start of work. A proper record of results be maintained and same shall be submitted along with bills by the contractor. Note: - Where there is DBM on existing black top , cracks shall be sealed as MoRT&H specification 5th revision clause No. 3004.3, which may consists of (i) Fog seal/ or (ii) crack filling and or (iii) patch work repair as required at site in accordance with clause No. 3004.3.2, 3004.3.3 and 3004.2 of MoRT&H specification 5th revision respectively. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB for cracks sealed but no payment on this account shall be made as crack filling is incidental to work.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (S.S grade - I) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per MoRT&H specification for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects as per clause No. 502.

Service Road. Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strenght not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per 601 of MoRT&H specification (MoRT&H 6.1)

Providing and laying 80mm thick ISI mark interlocking paver blocks confirming to IS 15658: 2006/ IRC SP 63-2004 of all shapes and collors in design mix cement M40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (As per HSR 10.159 )
