Earth work in excavation including clearing away vegetation, if any, in foundations, trenches, drains etc., in all type of soft/loose soil as classified in the specifications, in both dry and wet conditions, including back filling, dewatering, ramming and compacting of excavated earth into the space between the building or into the plinth, foundations as per specification, and removal and stacking of excavated material within 250 meter lead from the foundation trenches / pit before backfilling and final disposal (final disposal of surplus excavated material and or disposal from excavation pits, shall be paid under relevant item) including spreading and compacting as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and also including all materials, labour and T & P etc., for proper completion of all other activities as mentioned in the description of work working space/ ramp / side slope cutting to be done by contractor as per requirement of safety / work, but no extra payment shall be made for this).

Laying, fixing & jointing of 300Ø C.I. pipes in position with required fittings and connecting to Chamber, bore well/ intake well & fixing of pumps / motors, require cable laying, connections /electrification etc.And filling of sand below up to 100mm, and top up to 100mm and both side 100mm around the pipes.

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x210 cm inside,in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter,160 mm bottom diameterand180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:1.5:3 mix (1cement:1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including necessary excavation, foundation concrete1:5:10 (1cement:5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick,finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :
