Construction of additional accomodation in G.S.S.S.Misserwala Tehsil Paonta District Sirmour HP

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work,jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohabited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering whereever required,settling out to required lines,levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer in charge at site according to the HP.PWD specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed dumping charges of M.C. if levilled any to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, mechineries, tools, equipment and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transporation and used/removed as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of servicable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidential charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:- All kinds of soil.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm ( three point fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X 30X5mm ( thirty X thirty X five millimeter ) so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies , height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 meters ( four meters ) and removal of the same for insitu- reinfoced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts of materials or as per the directions of Engineer in Charge. Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts Circular including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral stair cases including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20cm ( twenty centimeter ) wide including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinth complete as per drawing & technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203 nominal mix cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ( One cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate 25 mm nominal size ) including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mechanically mixed , vibrated & curing complete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing & reinforcement in all works Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts Circular including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
