SCHEDULE 'A'

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in boundary wall columns etc., (reinforcement cut to required to facilitate demolition) complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work in post, fixed independently including taking down barbed wire and concertina coil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

All as per item No 4 above, but depth exc 1.50m but n.exc 3.00m.

Use and waste form work to edges of PCC foundation exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm to be rough finished.

M&L (Nominal Mix M-10) PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

Use and waste of formwork to the sides of concrete footing, base of columns, plinth beams and similar work for vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete .

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of beams, bands and the like for rough finished surface of concrete.

Use and waste of formwork to the sides of rectangular columns for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

M&L RCC M-30 (using 20mm garded stone agg) in footing, foundation beams, plinth beams and mass concrete.

M&L RCC M-30 (using 20mm garded stone agg) as in columns and alike.

M&L RCC M-30 (using 20mm garded stone agg) as in beams and alike.

S&F, mild steel work as in hold fasts and similar small articles conforming Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F, framed work such as grills, grating etc. with ends of bar shoulder and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

All as per item no. 11 but 5 to 10mm dia as in stirrups.

M & L for precast plain cement concrete 1 : 3: 6, Type C-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate ) block masonry with soild blocks,exc. 10 Cm in width and setting in cement morter 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in coping, bed blocks and similar work including necessary form work complete.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Broken stone hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed. Note:- The plinth protection shall be laid in pannels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 mtr all as directed. 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil

Removal of excavated material to a distance exc 250 mtr but n.exc. 500 mtr and depositing as directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

S&F for Mild Steel Gate ornamental and intricate design framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; hold fast for steel gate and similar work including for portion framed and hung as gates with heavy hold fast, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc. conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0.

S&F framed work in angle iron of any section for grill, grating, iron doors, posts and struts in fencing or MS flat iron including drilling holes, notching for wire including an embedding in concrete, securing bolts and cutting tops to shape and similar work confrming to grade Fe-410(Gde E-250) complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, hot dip galvanised steel wire 2.24mm dia coated with CLR anti corrosive paint fixed on Y' shaped angle iron with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

S&F Galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 610mm dia (in stretched position) with number of circles 80 Nos of 200 clips with weight 7.5 to 8 Kg/Coil and recommended average coverage is 6.00 RM per coil, hot dip galvanized steel wire coated with CLR anti-corrosive paint, making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed wire with angle iron. The concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points wherever coil touches the bottom of barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG), complete.

M&L Granules textured homogeneous wall finishing consisting of of a two component system of Dry Granules (25 Kgs per pack) made of 92% silica Particles coated with fade resisteant pigments, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kgs per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating between 0.8mm -1.2mm on a cured , smooth level plaster without keying, as per the shades/combinations approved, to be applied by and approved applicator of the manufacturer, as per the directions/supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge.The above textured coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surface.
