M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4;8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ path complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick Plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Plastic dividing strips, 1.5mm thick and 38mm wied inserted in position complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over and including 20mm thick cement screed bed in cement motar 1.6, as in treads , floors etc laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the slab including cuting,rubbing, grinding and miroor polishing complet all as specified. Note: The size of kota stone shall not be less than 600mmx600mm

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in vertical surfaces/ skirting over and including 15mm thick rendering/backiing in cement motar 1:4 including cuting,rubbing, grinding and miroor polishing all as specified and as directed.

M&L for green marble 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and Pre polished) in steps (Treads/Riser/Skirting), jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 15mm thick screed bed/back coat in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including bull nose rounding to edges of stone slabs, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar works complete all as specified.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, class Designation 10 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
