Supply of good quality Ball Pen, pencil, erasor, pencil cutter, pen drive 8 GB of reputed make as approved by the competent authority.

Supply of Safety Jacket of fluorescent greencolour made of synthetic materials and helmet of white colour preferably used by the Engineers engaged in construction works as approved by the competent authority .

Supply of good quality papers (A4) size for training purpose as approved by the competent authority

Suppy of Printed training schedule made of good qualirty oil bound paper for induction training of Junior Engineers (Civil)

Providing Residential accomodation in Pucca house with facilities of light, fan, toilets, bathrooms, attendant, warden, security, cc tv camera, treated drinking water, medical facilities on call,cot,bed, bedsheet,pillow,plasticbucket,jug and proper cleaning, power supply, DG connection , transportation etc for trainees on twin sharing basis for a minimum period of 18 days in two phases- For 564 Trainees in twin sharing room for 18 days =282x18=5076 Rooms

Providing Family Residential accomodation for trainee in nearby in Pucca house with facilities of light, fan, toilets, bathrooms, attendant, warden, security, cc tv camera, treated drinking water, madical facilities on call,cot,bed, bedsheet,pillow,plasticbucket,jug and proper cleaning, power supply, DG connection etc including transportation For 12 nos of trainees for a minimum period of 18 days 12 x18= 216 rooms

Providing Class room in Pucca house on hire basis with facilities of Air Conditioned, adequate nos of fans& lights, tables,chairs, white board, projector and monitor , chalk, duster, power supply, power back facility in case of power failure, and attendant to record attendance and help traineers and all other logistic support. 10 rooms with capacity of minimum 60 persons per each room for 9 days (10x9 =90 room)

Providing conference room/ covered Galleries in Pucca house on hire basis with facilities of Air Conditioned, adequate nos of fans& lights, tables,chairs, black board, projector and monitor , chalk, duster, power supply, DG connection attendant to record attendance and help traineers& trainees for 325 trainees capacity for 2 nos or single conference hall/gallery to accomodate for 650 nos persons.

Providing well furnishedOffice room for 10 personcapacity in Pucca house on hire basis with facilities of Air Conditioned, adequate nos of fans & lights, tables,chairs, projector and monitor , internet facilities, computer facility and attendant to supply drinking water, tea, coffee, snacks as per the requirement for training management and resource persons. (2 nosroom)=9days x 2 nos

Providing & Supplying good quality, delicious &hygenic Food in accomodation places and training centre if required during field visit as per the menu approved by the competent authority on daily basis inclusive of morning tea/coffee, tiffin , lunch, dinner, two times tea/coffee with snacks/biscuits at training centre/accomodation place for 650 nos for trainees and resource person and supporting staff in average inclusive of treated drinking water as per actual requirement through out the day. =650persons x18 days=11700

Supplying & Providing house keepingservices with trained persons for deployment at accomodation places to provide the required servies to the trainees during their stay. 12 persons for 18 days=216

Supplying & Providing Transportation for emergency service/ambulance of trainees and resources persons (2nos well maintained with valid permit vehicle scropio/ Desire/Bolero or equivalent of 5 seated capacity ,andwell behaved driver,supportstaff to different places inside and out side of Bhubaneswar within 50 km) on daily basis including POL, temporary permit and Cost of driver & support staff.

Resourse person for field quality control test using Govt. laboratory equipments =8 person for 4 groups for 2 days=16

Supporting staff for field quality control test using Govt. lab equipments =8 person for 4 groups for 2 days=16

Computer operator with computer ,printer, internet facility etc at Training centre including cost of all materials

Hiring auditiorim for Inaguaration and Valedictory function/Talent Show (2 nos) including providing snacks, tea/coffee,dias, tables & chairs, light, sound, banner, flower, badges, DG connection in cae of power failure etc.(minimum 650 capacity) and all other logistic support for 800 nos invitees as per direction by the competent authority

Photos/videography for 14 days training and all other logistic support as directed by the competent authority
