Expression of Interest (EOI) For Empanelment of Architects/ Urban Planner / Planning & Design

Consultants for Planning & Designing of Different types of Infrastructure Buildings and Projects for

Grade A for Projects of Estimated Cost more than Rs. 50.00 Crores in Ahmedabad under

Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.

Bidder Should Note That:

1. Please go through the Content of Expression of Interests and Terms of References (TOR)

before e-submission of Financial Bid.

2. Payment to the empanelled Consultants shall be made on Actual Cost paid to the Contractors

of the Project, as explained in the Technical Bid.

3. Intermediate payment shall be made as per the terms and conditions mentioned in Clause of

Payment as explained in the Technical Bid,

4. The Bidder should quote their fees excluding GST, because the AMC shall pay GST (As per

prevailing format) extra to the bidder, if applicable, as per the Opinion/ Circular of Finance

Department of Ahmadabad Municipal Corporation.

We hereby submit our Expression of Interest (EOI) for above mentioned work as per the

Percentage quoted in the Table Given Below

 GST, if applicable, shall be paid separately by AMC

 Payment towards concern department for NOC / clearance of above for sr. no 1 to 5 services will be

reimbursed by the AMC against original receipt.
