Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Bidder shall have successfully supplied RCC/PCC Poles or any overhead line materials to any Power station/Govt. Department/PSU/Private Sector/ any Industry. In proof of the same, bidder shall upload purchase order copies amounting to Rs 0.60 Lakhs or above, issued by Chief Engineer/Project Head/Competent Authority

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder shall be a Manufacturer/Authorized dealer/Supplier of RCC/PCC Poles for overhead transmission LT/HT lines As a documentary proof, bidder shall upload authorization certificate or any such document issued by a statutory authority/ Original equipment manufacturer.

Others -- MANUFACTURING AUTHORIZED DELAER CERTFICATE

Financial Status

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs. 1.2 Lakhs in at least two preceding five financial years. As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Annual turnover certificate/ profit loss statement, Balance sheet duly certified by a Chartered Accountant
