Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable electric motor of capacity 125 HP 1450 RPM 3 Phase from base frame and shifting to workshop for rewinding, opening complete, taking out Rotor assembly from stator carefully and cutting/cleaning burnt winding wire from stator, carefully repairs to damaged slots including Rewinding of stator with super enameled copper wire of gauge same as original & Varnishing the same, drying tapping with cotton tapes, all electrical connections should be soldered properly, reassembling reshifting & reinstallation at site inclduing testing at full load complete all as specifed & directed.

Ensuring leak proof of all type i.e. hose for water, pipe line of fuel and lub oil etc., Checking of air cleaner element & cleaning with dry compressed air (60 psi pressure.), replacement of lubricating oil (Cost of lubricating oil shall be measured and paid separately) including 'Material and labour for replacement of Air filter elements set, Cleaning of oil bath type filters and replacement of oil of oil bath filter, Lubricating oil filters element complete set, Fuel filters element, By pass filter, Corrosion resistor plate, Fan belts complete as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT panel board, CPRI approved, cubical type 440 Volts 3 phase 4 wire outdoor type front and back operated with adequate air ventilation at both sides & back, fabricated out of 3.15 thick CRCA sheet with double door shutter, water proof dust & vermin proof, pre fabricated hinges for rear & front door with locking arrangement complete with inter connection with copper wire / strip, tapping bonding to earth & all frames, inner & outer door shall be coated by polyster powder paint of shade RAL 7032 siemens grey, stand of distribution board shall be coated by primer & black bituminous paint, cable trays, cable lugs, cable glands, nut, bolt, washer etc of required size, provision for taking out cable duly marked / rivetted letters of appropriate size for each feeder cable & reconnection with duly insulated cable terminals with heat shirnkable sleeve with 1.1 KV grade danger notice board etc. including supply and fixing of the following Switch gears / ACB/ MCCBs / Fittings & Fixtures. The size of panel board shall be as per manufacturer's recommendation to accomodate following Switch gears / ACB/ MCCBs / Fittings & fixtures:-

(i) Bus bar chamber consisting four Nos copper busbar of capacity 800 Amp & 600 Amp for neutral duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeve 1.1 kv grade with RYBN mounted on heavy duly epoxy insulator in separate compartment. (ii) LED indicating lamp (RYB) for incoming and outgoing feeder controlled with 2 Amp MCB single pole 'C' curve. (iii) Panel board internal wiring with suitable PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor flexiable cable heavy duty 1.5 time of MCCB rating upto 100 Amps and solid connection with suitable size strip for MCCB's rating above 100 Amps.

(d) Street light time switch 20 Amps 415 V 3 phase with contactor -1 No. Make C&S/L&T/Legrand.

Note:- The item is inclusive of (i) Excavation & earth work required for taking out cable of any length & re-laying cable all terminal/bare conductor duly insulated of existing cable with heat shrinkable sleeve 1.1 KV grade. (ii) PCC foundation 45 cm below GL and 45 cm above GL & grouting 4 legs of panel box all as directed. (iii) Unit rate shall be deemed to be included taking down of dilapidated panel board including removing from site.
