Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material :- Ordinary Soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. - All work up to plinth level.

Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) grade of Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification. - New work (Two or more coat )

Finishing walls with exterior paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Painting Steel work for gate with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture.

Chequered terrazzo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand). - Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement, 50% ordinary cement

Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm ± 0.2 mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitered and joined at the corners by means of M.S. galvanized/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ’H’ section, a UPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm ± 0.2 mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanized M.S. ‘U’ cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanized M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. - Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. as required. for window, ventilator and similar works. use angle, square bar, etc

Excavation of earth below G.L. by manually or by mechanical means for laying of Sewers, Manholes, Gully pits, Chambers etc. in soil including extra excavation below inverts, trimming and dressing of sides, leveling and back filling of trenches by excavated earth in 20cm layers, watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material upto a distance of 50 meters from the centre of trenches and cleaning of sites properly after completion of the work. Excavation by mechanical means shall be restricted upto 90 cm above invert levels at every point of excavation. Excavation from invert levels to 90cm above shall be done manually only.

Soil mixed with moorum, shingle & kankar etc. using of any specials, T&P, if required. (95% of relevant quantity)
