Construction of 200 mm dia 80 Meter deep Mini Tube well by ODEX Rig Machine to get total yield of 200 LPM from Mini Tubewell.

JOB WORKS:

Transportation of suitable truck mounted ODEX/DTH drilling Rig Machine with compressor, O.P. Unit and other T&P, Tripod, Diesel driven generator set and related accessories up to site Chukkum mini Tubewell water supply scheme and back upto destination after completion of work.

Drilling of bores as per IS 2800-1970 using odex 236 (tubex) attachment required drilling complete in all respect with sinking of following size M.S.E.R.W. fincut casing plain/ Perforated pipe. (i) 200mm dia M.S.E.R.W. fincut pipe from G.L. 80Mt.BGL.

(iii)125mm dia DTH bore

Flushing of tubewell by 350 PSI & 1100 CFM air compressor including transpotation, installation and dismantling of compressor at site after completion of work with all T&P etc.

Dismantling of Rig machine after completion of work. Fitting of well cap.

MATERIAL:

Supply of 200mm dia M.S.E.R.W. fincut pipe 7.1mm thick plain pipe as per IS 1239/ 4270 with tolerance as per manufacturer norms in the normal length of 3.00m each.

Supply of 200mm dia M.S.E.R.W. fincut pipe 7.1mm thick Perforated pipe as per IS 1239/ 4270 with tolerance as per manufacturer norms in the normal length of 3.00m each.

Supply and fixing of suitable casing shoe of EN-24 steel as per odex attachment of 200mm dia.

Supply of 200mm dia M.S. well cap.

Development by O.P. Unit

Installation and Lowering of submersible O.P. unit with 80mm dia M.S. column pipe with accessories as per required depth complete with power wiring and .

Development of tubewell by submersible O.P. unit of 250 LPM, 100mt. head to get required sand free discharge of 250LPM by diesel driven generator set (Including labour diesel, lubricants etc.)

Dismantling of O.P. unit after development with site clearance etc.

Supply of submerisble solar A.C/D.C pump with adequate capacitysuitable for 200mm dia Assembly , motor complete with 1.0 Meter cable complete in all respects for 54000LPD /150LPM at 65Mtr Head, 5 HP.

Supply of Spare pump of same duty cycle

Supply of solar hybrid pump controller (Control panel cum starter) suitable for above pump- motor set also suitable for on grid supply as per following parameters . Solar photo voltage poly crystalline solar module 4800wt. Minimum As per IEC standrard (for above pump) including Chain link/wire mesh fencing system of suitable size to protect solar PV module system From unathorized intrusion.

Supply of main piping & valves as per scope of work and technical specifications
