Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 05 cusec HZ split casing suction pump unit no.02 of lift irrigation scheme Khadniyar using appropriate means of transport like Auto Vehicle up to lead of 8km/trip :

Shifting pump manually from site to road approx. 1km.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeve two no as per sample having 2.5kg weight each sleeve.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of M.S cooling ring with allied accessories as per sample having 0.5kg weight each ring.

Providing and fitting of ball bearing 6309 as per sample of equivalent domestic make with adequate greasing.

Providing of M.S nuts & bolts as per sample.

Repairs to damaged shaft SS by way of rebuilding of shaft using high quality electrodes then turning the shaft on lathe machine to remove the excess material deposited and restore the original dimension and profile of shaft. The job also includes minor repairing to bearing seats, chuck nut, impeller and other parts with the help of skilled labour, tools & tackles for the completion of work.

The job also includes the charge of shifting pump manually from road to site approx 1km,.then assembling of HZ split casing pump after proper cleaning of all the parts, alignment with motor, connecting motor leads tested on full load.

Providing of palmative packing as per sample for pumping units.

Providing of grease for site to use it for pumping units.

Providing and fitting of TC- 16 coupling set complete along with flexible rubber tyre. The job also includes the charge for taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with size of shaft of pump and motor.
