Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix, Type D2 (Using 40 mm graded graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases,floor finishes and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 7 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 SQM, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match premium quality as in floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 4 above but on vertical surfaces such as dado /skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 6 above but on vertical surfaces such as dado /skirting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to receive tiles etc on vertical surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or any thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms etc including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including cutting space for sink & gas pipe hole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Pre polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over and incl 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:3 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in single piece as in window cill, stairscase etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ celling including raking out joint, haking for key scrubing with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on concrete surfaces / fair faces of brick masonary wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in two layer 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and finishing coat 5mm in CM 1:4 using mixed with and including water proofing compoundon as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
