Dismantling of 03 Cusecs horizontal split casing pump from its base-frame/motor, suction and delivery systems. Dragging up to the loading site, and loading/shifting to workshop for necessary repairs enlisted as under. a). Repairs to shaft by way of re metalling, welding, finishing, grinding of welded portions to achieve proper size and finish. b). Manufacturing, providing and fitting of gun metal cooling rings. c). Providing and fitting of ball bearings 6307 of reputed make. d). Providing and fitting of gland cup e). Providing and fitting of gland packing f). Providing and fitting of coupling bolts g). Reassembling the unit after conducting necessary repairs and shifting the same to site i.e. Unisoo new LIS and installing and testing on full load.
