Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similiar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but fixing only complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings exc 15cm thickness ( below or above gd level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similiar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS plates channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment (Fe-410W, Gde E-250, Qlty-A) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS anchor fasteners of size 12mm dia and 100mm length for fixing the plates to the wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finish the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new /old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
