FLOORING

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade,Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in atleast 3mm thickness, jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. - Double charged vitrified tile polished finish of Size of Tile 600x1200 mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. - Size of Tile 600x1200 mm

FINISHING WORKS

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth interior paint of required shade : - New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

REPAIR WORKS

Dismantling tile work in floors, Walls and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. - For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
