Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

No Interest will be paid for EMD (Bid Security)

KSIIDC reserves the right to accept or reject any of the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

All required original documents shall be scanned and uploaded in e-procurement. Failure to upload any document in e-proc will be considered as non responsive. The Bidders shall submit all the original documents uploaded as per RFP conditions

Any document uploading shall be made in the corresponding parts only as specified in the RFP document

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

The Applicant should have minimum 5 years experience in providing or supply of Manpower to Private or Government entities

Eligible assignment if the contract / work order is issued for providing manpower having a minimum contract value of Rs 1 Crore (Rupees One Crore only) of each contract / work orders within the last five (5) years (as on PDD) in India

Financial Status

The Applicant should have an annual turnover of minimum INR 3 Crores (Rupees Three Crore only) for each of the last 3 (three) financial years (i.e., FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23) for providing Manpower services. The Financial Capacity of the parent/ subsidiary /associate entities/partnership firm of the Applicant would be considered for assessment of eligibility
