Annual Mainteance of shutter motors and the maintenance of panel accessories MCC panel

OD140258/2025-2026:Annual maintenance of all motor, Main panel and Motor control panel - 3 nos and starter panels and DBs which inlcudes periodical cleaning of panel with blower and Checking and tightening of cable terminations of all the incoming & outgoing feeders of all the panels. Checking & tightening of all the control cables of panels and .Checking the proper operation of switch gear items and attending all the minor repairs like changing damaged beeding and smc sheets and changing damaged knobs of all switch gear compartments and changing led indicators and push buttons and changing cont actors and relays in starter panel and voltmeters and ammeters and fuse links and Switch gears if needed ( excluding supply of ammeters and volt meters and indicators conatctors and relays) )and checking earth connection, attending repairs to all the compound lights including street light and flood lights including checking the fault and attending minor repairs( excluding fittings), servicing of stand alone solar street light in the boat jetty premises which includes cleaning of solar panel for removing dirt and dust checking connection and refilling the battery water in the existing batteries ensuring trouble free operation for a period of 12 months.

OD140259/2025-2026:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate stater and rotor/stator, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new rotor/stator lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running(Less scrap copper)

Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer)

Overhauling of 15 HP shutter motors

OD140248/2025-2026:Dismantling the15 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, refitting in position recoupling with mechanical gear system including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint, taking trial run at load.
