Check survey during foundation

Earth work in excavation over areas exceeding 30cm. In depth 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm. On plan in/c. disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm. on plan or drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm. on plan in/c. dressing of sites and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m in/c. getting out the excavated soil.

Cold twisted steel reinforcement for RCC work in/c. bending, binding,placing in position complete.

1st class brick work in foundations and plinth in cement morter 1:6 (1 cement: 6 river sand)

Providing RCC work 1:2:4 including finishing & plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 thickness not exceeding 6mm. to give a smooth and even surface including supply of cement, sand and stone aggt. 20mm.nominal size centering, shuttering, propping, dewatering etc. as required and excluding the cost of reinforcement but including removal of performed steel boxes and back filling of excavated earth, dressing, ramming etc. as required.

GROUP "C" (ERECTION)

Super structure erection including fixing up Danger plate, Number plate,Phase plate, step bolt, Bird guard, Anticlimbing devices including tack welding of bolt upto lower level of bottom crossarm to complete in all respect as required for all type of towers including extension portion.

Hoisting of insulator and stringing of ACSR "PANTHER" conductor of size 30/7/3.00mm including laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping and jointing etc. per route KM. In 6(Six) conductor and including fixing of vibration damper, armour rod etc. including clearing of jungles, bushes & trees (all girth) 12mtr. on either sides from the end conductor as required.

Stringing of 7/3.15mm galvanised strandded steel earth wire including laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping and jointing etc. per route KM of earth wire including connection of earth bonds two nos. in angle location and one no. in tangent locations.

Grounding of tower with perforated Hot dip G.I. pipe and 50x6mm G.I.Flat including the cost of charcoal and salt per set as per specification.
