Providing laying Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 5.22.1 Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars including all lead and lift and other incidental charges complete

4.1 Providing and laying Brick work with common burnt clay bricks 2nd class in foundation and plinth in:Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). including all lead and lift and other incidental charges complete

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 10.25.2 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including all lead and lift and other incidental charges complete

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 12.1.3 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² including all lead and lift and other incidental charges complete as per site reqirement

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.With G.I. barbed wire metre including all lead and lift and other incidental charges complete as per site reqirement

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 13.2.2 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including all lead and lift and other incidental charges complete as per site reqirement
