Development of site for construction of closed storage shed at 220KV S/s, Kamaluaganja, Haldwani including shifting of various material laying at open space, cleaning off of jungle like area by uprooting of rank vegetation, cutting of wild grass, trimming and lopping-chopping of trees, brush wood etc. and disposal of the same to a suitable place including cost of labour and T&P comlete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Earth workin excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms etc. in all kinds of soil including disposal of surplus soil, if any to a suitable place including cost of labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Excavation, supplying and filling of local each (including roylty) by mechnical transport also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cms. In trenches, plinth, side of foundation etc. including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering with all works upto plinth level in following ratios including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Ratio 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Ratio 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Ratio 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding using thermo-technically treated bars of appropriate sizes in the following structures including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1:4 coarse sand) including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and of approved steel primer including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Internal and external plastering of brick work executed in walls and other places in the following thickness including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

12mm plaster of mix ratio 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

15mm plaster of mix ratio 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Distempering work with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade : new work (two or more coats) over including cost of all consumables, material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Aluminium structural work for office cabin i.e. fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings including cost of all consumables, material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Wiring for light point/fan points/exhaust fan points/call bell point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium the point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. required as per site conditions including cost of all consumables, material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan of reputed make, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper cover on the fan box etc. required as per site conditions including cost of all consumables, material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Installation, testing and commissioning of MPS Air Roof Ventilators Exhaus Fan (Full size, Steel) of reputed make in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. required as per site condtions including cost of all consumables, material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Insllation of corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses but including cutting to size and shape wherever required and all consumables, material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 including cost of all consumables, material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.
