Servicing and Overhauling of 3nos 11KV HT VCB, 2nos Dry Transformer and 3nos ACB at New Sub station of Collectory Campus under BES-I, Balurghat

Supply & Fixing of Vacuum Interupter, having Rated Current-26.3Kv, Operating Voltage- 12KV, Current Rating-2000A. ( Make- Bharat Electronics)

Repair of Trip Circuit supervision Relay AREVA/ CROMPTON Make, type VAX 31 (DC 110V)

Supply & Installation of HT Resin Post Support Insulator, Operating Voltage- 12KV.

One time through servicing and overhauling charge for 630A ACB after dismentling of all the components both electrical and mechanical portion & cleaning the same part by part after scarping carbon Precipitation including washing the same by carbon tetrachloride solution properly to de-moisturised to raise IP value including checking all the contact assembly inside of ACB. (Make- Legrand)

Dismantling of existing 01(One) no 3Panel 11KV HT VCB (Make- BIECCO LAWIE LTD) VCB part by part very carefully to avoid any damages.

Through servicing and overhauling the 11KV 800A HT VCB after dismentling of all the components both electrical and mechanical portion & cleaning the same part by part after scarping carbon Precipitation including washing the same by carbon tetrachloride solution properly to de-moisturised to raise IP value including checking all the contact assembly inside of VCB including checking time to time by HT megger for better result of IR Value as required and re-assembling all the components properly as per direction of E.I.C. The below mention works should be execute for servicing the VCB:- 1. Cleaning of Vacum Circuit Breaker with CRC-226 2. removal of old grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease 3. Check condition of SIC Contact, 4. Checking condition and alignment of jaw Contact, 5. Checking and proper tightning of hardware, 6.Checking proper closing of all poles together, 7. Checking of breaker tripping through push button 8. Checking and adjusting gap between hylam sheet and side plate 9. Checking motor operation in case of EDO, 10. Checking of auxilliary contacts continuity proper change over, 11. Checking presence of all circlips 12. Checking IR between phase-phase (VCB closed condition) 13. Checking IR between phase-earth (VCB closed condition) 14. Checking IR between phase-earth (VCB in Open condition).

Supply of 12 KV, 3.15A HT fuse for lIKV/110V PT.

Dismantling the existing 11 KV HT XLPE armoured cable from HT illumination box of the ACB Incoming & Outgoing and re-connection the same after through servicing as per direction of EIC.

Testing the following equipment and submitting the test reports. a) CT & PT & transformer testing, winding checking IR value Testing polarity test winding resistances & ratio test. b) IR value & High pressure Test.

Testing of 11KV/433V 250KVA power Transformer including HT cable and all other equipmets by 5000V HT megger to ready to energised the same as per direction of E.I.C.

Making testing arrangement for high voltage testing of specified voltage including checking and testing of 11KV HT 3 panel consisting of 3 Nos HT OCB & 1 No 11KV/110V PT and commssioning the same separately to ensure power supply continuously.

Transportation charges of pressure test machine, Relay testing set, from Kolkata to Balurghat up & down company workshop to side.

Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 12mm thick to withstand 15 KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.
