Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I bracket, 10mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Surgeon type washbasin of size 660x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P brass pillar taps with elbowincluding g operated.with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thicness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and unjder, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joint and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directio of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand.with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Primer coat With ready mised pink or Grey primer of approved brand and maunfacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with silicon & acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portan of plastered surfaces.with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and appliying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litrebrand and manufacture.with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Old work (Two or more coats on existing for external plaster are for hight upto cement paint surface applied.with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
