Material and labour for quarterly cleaning of Tower mounted RCC OH Tank of 50000 gallons capacity with bleaching powder by blocking the inlet / outlet flow from manholes, lifting the excess semi-solid water from the tank, removing the entire deposited sludge, mud, silt etc, scrapping the internal wall / floor with wire brush (to remove deposited scales, mud etc from the walls / floors by using suitable tools and plants, manually from the bottom of the tank) , and removing the same at a distance n.exc 50m from site where directed, opening the blocked holes etc before normalising flow of water with and including writing letters with synthetic paint in date " Tank cleaned on ___ date" on each cleaning just below the previous date complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Consumption of bleaching powder for cleaning of tank shall not be less than 60 Kg.

All as per item No. 1 above but Steel OH Tank of 2 x 25000 gallons capacity. Note:- Consumption of bleaching powder for cleaning of tank shall not be less than 60 Kg.

Material and labour for quarterly cleaning of rotational moulded polythelene water storage tank of size 1500 to 2000 ltrs capacity by scrapping the internal wall,floor with wire brush(to remove deposited scales,mud etc ) and removing sediments outside of the tank and through cleaning of tank with fresh water and then use dilute bleaching powder solution and fresh water complete including writing letters with synthetic paint in date " Tank cleaned on ___ date" on each cleaning just below the previous date complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Consumption of bleaching powder for cleaning of tank shall not be less than 1.5 Kg.

All as per item No 3 above of 500 to 1000 ltrs capacity. Note:- Consumption of bleaching powder for cleaning of tank shall not be less than 1.2 Kg.

Material and labour for construction of masonary valve pit chamber of size 1000x1000x900mm internally with burnt brick (Sub class "B") full brick thick brick work in cement mortor (1:4), 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 150mm below the ground level, 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregated) as in foundation bed with 150mm all round ofset from outer side of brick work, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement hinged with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron frame embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregated) as coping etc including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Collecting the sample of water of required quantity in bottle/kit from different point submitted duly levelled the source through Engineer-in-charge for forwarding to the test house and testing of water for iron, PH value, Hardness, trubidity, chloride, fluoride ,aresenic test and submitting the test report in triplicate done from NABL & ISO 17025 accredited laboratory/National test House/Govt approved laboratory complete all as specified and as directed . Note:-(i) Sample of water shall be collected and tested quarterly. (ii) Payment shall be made only after submission of satisfactory test report to Engr-in-charge.

Detection of leakage in water main by required excavation in loose soil or in hard standing or in hard soil in foul condition without affecting water supply including balling out leakage water by bucket etc for repair of leakage of GI pipe of size above 50 mm upto100 mm dia including cutting, threading for addition & alternating for all as required as per the site including cost of labour charges fittings such as socket , bend, elbow, etc and necessary earth work as required at site.complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 8 above but for GI pipe of sizes upto 50 mm dia.complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for taking out/laying CI/GI pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavation soil at a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where diverted complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning,filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well rumming in layers not exc 25 cm,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 100 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for relaying or removal to store from trenches/wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of steel plate & mild steel angle any size with two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning and preparation of existing surface by emery paper complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes of 63 mm dia SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors or laid in trenches including taking out old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 37 above but for 90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) of 63 mm dia including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R/ DI/GI main of sizes 50mm to 90mm by providing and fixing tee or required fittings including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing water level indicator showing five levels of water i.e. empty, quarter, half, three fourth and full level including sensors, MCBs, DBs and control wiring and all fixing accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1 Sqmm 10 core signal cable for water level indicator , complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning & servicing of filtration plant and iron removal plant by taking out all the filter media,cleaning, welding worn out MS pipe/Plate and internal threading where ever required inside cell of filtration plant throughly by removing all scales /dirts/muds /chemical deposits etc & after drying the cell inside, apply painting in the complete inside cell with 2 coats of black bituminous paint(Suitable for drinking water), after painting, reset the seviceable and washed filter media After completion of work, painting to outer surface including foundation, sluice valve, pipe etc with two coat of synthetic and enamel paint with duly rubbing./cleaning of surfaces rewriting of date for change of filter media cleaning of filteration plant all as specified and directed at site by the Engineer in charge.

Supply only the following item for replacement under item No.43 above (a) Filter Media gravel of barakar size 1 to 6 MM.

(b) All as per item 44 above but of size 6 to 12 MM.

(c) All as per item 44 above but of size 12 to 20 MM.

(d) Ferominex (MNO2) used as catalytic agent.

(e) Alkathener strainer 3/8" dia.(As suitable to site)

(f) Fine sand and coarse sand as in filter media in filter bed grade size 1mm to 1.5mm (as per existing) the depth of sand media varies between 60cm to 80cm very fine and 1mm accumulated at top of the filter and coarse sand 1.5mm grade below the fine sand.

Supply mixing and dosing calcium Hypochlorite based granular cholorination chemicals (disinfectant for water treatment) with available chlorine percentage 65 % to 70 % confirm to BIS specification packed in 20-25 Kg Bags/ 40-45 Kg Drums in preferable to reduce fire hazard in places of high ambient temperature complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Approval of chemical (Calcium Hypochlorite) shall be given after verification of test certificate of manufacturer and other factors viz chamical analysis strength stability and safety health hazards aspects of uses of chlorination. (ii) Materials supplied shall be deposited to store and proper receipt taken. For regular consumption of materials shall be issued & maintain record duly signed by Engr-in-charge and contractor.

Labour only for lifting/lowering of U/S 15/20 HP capacity submersible pump set from tube well after disconnecting the electric supply and taking out one by one all column pipes flanged/socket type of any length keeping serviceable fittings in safe custody for reuse/removing U/S materials from site/ making good disturbed surfaces and carrying submersible pump set to nearest repairing workshop including brought back after repair work and lowering the same after replacement of unserviceable spare parts and fixing column pipes with new rubber gasket/ nuts/ bolts/washers of suitable size etc. including connection of electric supply to motor, commissioning and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for necessary repair to motor of submersible pump and taking out burnt windings, cleaning re-winding with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, overhauling refixing and testing complete for pump of capacity 15/20HP.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for necessary repair to motor of vertical turbine pump and taking out burnt windings, cleaning re-winding with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, overhauling refixing and testing complete for pump of capacity 45HP.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling carefully submersible pump 15/20 HP capacity and taking out all serviceable/unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all mould/ moss/ foreign material scale and dirt etc., and re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets and replacement of unserviceable spare parts all as directed . Note :- Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately.
